I've worked with the folks at Books 'N' More in Wilmington, Ohio, for many years. The owners are outstanding, the staff is professional, and the service is impeccable! Anyone who buys a book from my website is routed through Books 'N' More. Orders are processed on the day they are received, and are usually shipped within 24 hours. They are fast, efficient, and a wonderful group of people to work with. If there are ever any problems, they are rectified immediately. I recall one man who was upset that the bookstore had shipped him a book in which half the pages were printed upside down! (As if it was the bookstore's fault that a printing machine went bonkers that day!) But the owners quietly calmed him, shipped him a perfect book immediately, and even sent him a poster of the book as a freebie. It's that kind of personal service that makes a business work successfully. I feel very strongly that we need to give our full support to small, independent book stores like Books 'N' More. I certainly do, and I give them my highest recommendation.
